This fall, I am having the very first women's podcasting conference called She Podcasts LIVE.

All podcasting conferences that cater to just podcasters have things that are cool for podcasters but not necessarily for WOMEN. Men's t-shirts, headphones, pens, pencils, stress balls, the occasional water bottle.

For this event, I'd love to give away swag bags that are JUST for these ladies - smart, technically savvy, outspoken, funny, brave women ages 30-50 who have a huge passion for what drives them.

Benefits to Product Provider: What do they get out of giving you these items? *	We are expecting 500-750 attendees, and your product will be in the hands of all of them. In addition, we will promote you in our Facebook group of 12K, our Twitter reach of 20K, Instagram of 10K, email list of 4K. These women will also most likely talk about the swag bag on their podcasts, which opens up the possible marketing potential to be in the hundreds of thousands.

#429: Cuddles of Hope Foundation Event Goodie Bag Requests

Cuddles of Hope Foundation is hosting an event in August 2019 to raise money to support our mission to donate stuffed animals to children in hospitals and shelters.

We are looking for products to include in our "thank you" goodie bags for the expected 100 attendees.  The goodie bags will include any products donated as well as business cards or flyers for those who donate.

This will be a great way to promote businesses.

Benefits to Product Provider: What do they get out of giving you these items? *	Any product providers will be included as an event sponsor and in addition to the products they donate, we will also include a "thank you" flyer and/or business card of said business in the goodie bags for all attendees. Attendees will be taking these bags home with them and will be a great way to promote products. BitSS (Boston International Turner Syndrome Summit) runs a one week program in Boston serving girls from around the country and even overseas.

Participants in our program are girls ages 12-19 who have a chromosomal abnormality called Turner syndrome.

#402: Camp Kesem - Helping Children Whose Parents Have Cancer

We are looking for small items (150 each) to put in our guests' swag bags to give to them as they leave the event.

We are also open to large items to raffle off to our guests throughout the evening.

Our 150 guests are Harvard faculty, professionals, and families from the Greater Boston and Massachusetts areas.
